This is an iconic late 1960s MOD dress!  Light blue, shimmery lame (metallic threads) in vertical stripes.  High and wide neckline with pink lining peeking out.  The simple A-line silhouette really allows the fabric to be the star.  Lined.  Back metal zipper.
