The brand was founded in 2002 upon the idea of taking full use of already existing resources by redesigning or remixing upcycled deadstock materials from different brands. Charlotte Eskildsen's strong belief in innovative high-quality sustainable-preferred materials underlines the experimental vibe in the creation of clothes with strong iconic silhouettes for a global audience. Designers Remix is officially signing the United Nations Climate Neutral Now Pledge as the first Danish designer brand. United Nations and Gold Standard certified wind farm project allows the brand to balance their collections CO2 footprint by delivering clean, renewable wind energy that decreases the reliance on fossil fuels. With the core purpose of making fashion better and more sustainable, the Danish designer brand announce to make their collection "climate positive".
